AccuBattery displays battery usage information, and measures battery capacity (mAh) based on science.

Batteries have a limited lifespan. Every time you charge your device, it wears out the battery, lowering its total capacity.

- Discover how much battery wear was endured during your charge session.
📊 BATTERY USE
AccuBattery measures the actual battery usage using information from the battery charge controller. Battery usage per app is determined by combining these measurements with information on which app is in the foreground. Android calculates battery usage using pre-baked profiles that device manufacturers provide, like how much power the CPU uses. In practice however, these numbers tend to be highly inaccurate.

- Know how long you can use your device when it’s active or in standby mode
- Find out how much power each app uses.
- Check how often your device gets woken up from deep sleep.

Odd that I never wrote a review for this. I've used this app for a long time, its been really helpful. Unfortunately Android has been doing its best to make sure apps like this are shut down to "save power" but this one on my mobile phone (Android 13) still runs proper (Android 15, does not). My one complaint, is that there's no way to in-app say you got a new battery, the only way is a full reset of the app and all its data. :/ Still though, helped me get my battery to 2,000 cycles (6 years).

Great app for monitoring your battery. I mostly use it to verify the charge speed/current. There are instances where you'll plug into a charging outlet, and you'll see the "charging" icon on your phone, but the charge current is really low. This app lets me know if I've plugged into a weak or unreliable outlet, so that I can find a better one.

You'll use it for a week before you get solid data but once rolling, its awesome. A month in and with the battery maximized for my routines and habits, it's beyond cool. There isnt another app out there thats this in depth on battery discharge data, charging data, app use, battery health, longevity and protection, etc. If you are diagnosing a battery issue or just maximizing its health and longevity, this is it. Gets no better, imho.
